What accounting software do you use?

As a Xero certified firm, we primarily use Xero for its ease of use and comprehensive features. However, we understand that different businesses have different preferences and requirements. That's why we're also well-versed in all other major accounting software available on the market. Our aim is to make accounting as seamless as possible for you, so we're happy to work with the software that suits your business best.

I'm anxious about asking potentially silly questions, how do you address that?

At OH Accounting, there's no such thing as a silly question. We understand that accounting can be complex, and we're here to make it understandable. We want you to feel comfortable and confident about your business finances, and we're always ready to answer any questions you have.

What's the process if I decide to engage your services?

Once you've reviewed and signed our proposal, we'll send you an onboarding checklist and request for identity verification. We'll handle communication with your previous accountant to gather all necessary information. Any questions we have will be sent through our secure portal, and we're also available via phone/email for any queries throughout the engagement. Once we've completed the work, we'll send out an electronic signing package.

What if I have a quick question after you've completed the work?
